Mr. Marc Litton is Of Counsel to Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP in the San Francisco Office.
Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP, Mr. Litton was a partner in the San Francisco firm Litton & Geonetta, LLP for ten years and an associate in the San Francisco firm Bushnell, Caplan & Fielding, LLP, where he was employed for thirteen years. Mr. Litton has over twenty-five years of litigation experience, representing plaintiffs in employment, civil rights, personal injury and business matters. He has tried thirteen civil jury cases to verdict, winning eleven. He has served as a volunteer mediator in employment cases for the Superior Court of San Francisco.
Mr. Litton’s successes include, winning one of the first sex discrimination and retaliation suits brought against the San Francisco Police Department, winning an $11 million dollar verdict in a wrongful death case involving a helicopter crash and obtaining a $2.2 million settlement in a breach of contract suit against a multi-national high technology company. Mr. Litton has obtained many high value settlements for his clients and successfully mediating many cases as volunteer mediator with the Bar Association of San Francisco.
