Franz Katzir-Cozier is a Legal Assistant in the Washington, D.C. office of Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP.
Mr. Katzir-Cozier obtained a Master of Science degree in Linguistics and Philosophy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors, and was a National Science Foundation fellow. He also has Bachelor of Science and Arts degrees in Neuroscience, Linguistics, and Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he also graduated with honors. Mr. Katzir-Cozier has published in professional journals in the Biomedical and Linguistics fields, including publications in Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science and Natural Language and Linguistic Theory. He has also spoken at numerous professional conferences internationally. Mr. Katzir-Cozier has also worked on various issues with the Judiciary and Foreign Affairs Committees of the U.S. House of Representatives. He has also studied Jewish law in various yeshivas in Los Angeles, New York, and Jerusalem.
He plans on attending law school in the future.
