Johann Strauss, Legal Assistant

Johann Strauss graduated from Stanford University in 2008 with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Spanish, and received an M.A. in Latin American Studies from Stanford in 2009.
While at Stanford, Mr. Strauss worked for the undergraduate admissions office as a Diversity Recruitment Associate, was a staff member at El Centro Chicano and served on the Executive Board of Derechos, Stanford’s Latino Pre-Law Society. He also worked as a research assistant on a study exploring undocumented immigration and at San Mateo Superior Court, interpreting for pro-se Spanish-speakers. Mr. Strauss completed a Masters thesis, analyzing equal access initiatives employed by the California Courts. Most recently he served as a Judicial Administration Fellow for the Judicial Council of California and as a volunteer at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto.
Johann plans to attend law school in the future.
